In 1993 he was sent to The Dominican Republic to set up operations for First Choice Holidays where Phil eventually became Regional Manager for The Caribbean and Mexico. Over the past 27 years, Phil has been very fortunate to travel extensively throughout the Caribbean during which time he came to realize that the north coast of the Dominican Republic was not only an amazing place to live, but that it was also the best piece of real estate in the Caribbean, the reasons for which he will be more than happy to share with you once you meet him. Phil is extremely passionate about quality, service and helping to create magical life changing experiences through innovation and attention to detail. These are the core values which are still firmly ingrained within him today, happy and delighted customers are definitely what make him tick.
You may see Phil from time to time playing guitar in several of the bars and restaurants here in Puerto Plata, Sosua or Cabarete, so please feel free to hit him up for a request if you see him.
